If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right. While we do not offer returns for change of mind, we are committed to resolving any issues that may arise.

We also understand the importance of timely shipping. We use Pirate Ship to find the best and most affordable shipping options for our customers. To ensure your candles arrive in the best possible condition, we package and ship orders on Mondays or Tuesdays. This way, your package will reach you by the end of the week, minimizing the time your candles spend in transit.

As a disabled-owned business, we face unique challenges in fulfilling our promises. While we strive to ship your orders promptly, there may be instances where our chronic pain limits our ability to drive or handle packages. If we are unable to fulfill our shipping promise, we will contact you as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements.
